Begin with the Wii U: Insert the SD card into the Wii U console. On the Wii U console, start the Wii Menu application and select the Wii System Transfer tool that you previously downloaded. You will need to sync a Wii Remote to the Wii U console in order to proceed. Of the 3 Wii U channels: Menu Manual, Wii U Menu, Transfer Tool, only one of which is already available on the Wii Shop Channel on Wii, the Transfer Tool, so we're not going to be talking about that, as there is no difference between the two. Select WAD Manager. Select Wii SD Slot as the source device. Select Wii U Menu or Wii Menu Manual. This wikiHow teaches you how to play a Wii game from a file that's stored on a USB flash drive rather than on a disc. Keep in mind that this works on the classic Wii, but not the Wii U. Playing a game from a USB drive requires you to. The Shotgun works well at close range because of its increased damage and because you can dodge without trying to hold the reticle on target. The SMG works well for fights at a distance, because you can hold the reticle on the target and hold the trigger down.
This is reposted after a mod took the original post down. Apparently the link to the wad repository I found online apparently has pirated GC games. lol. Didn't really pay attention to anything other than the sites wads, so my bad. haha
This may have been already discovered, but as I'm typing this, I feel like I have just discovered this, however I highly doubt that, but I want to keep it fresh in my mind that I just found this, and that to my knowledge nobody else has tried this. Debunk this claim if you want, but I'm happy right now even if I'm not the first, so either way, I really don't care. lol
Okay, so what I've tried is running channels from the Wii U's vWii menu on an actual normal Wii. So for anyone who has wondered doing something like this and if they will run, they do indeed run just like they would on a Wii U. And for those wondering if this might brick their Wii, I have good news. It doesn't. Although fair warning, if planning on installing any of the pre-installed vWii menu wads, they cannot be deleted through the channels page in the Wii System Settings. They can only be deleted by manually uninstalling the wads through the wads you installed them with using WiiModLite, as the channels hide themselves from the channels page in WSS to prevent accidental deletion that may corrupt Wii U files, but we're on an actual Wii, so we don't have to worry about that. lol
So as we know the vWii menu only has 6 pre-installed channels, those being the Disc Channel, Mii Channel, Wii Shop Channel, Wii Menu Manual, Wii U Menu, and the Wii System Transfer tool. Of the 3 Wii U channels: Menu Manual, Wii U Menu, Transfer Tool, only one of which is already available on the Wii Shop Channel on Wii, the Transfer Tool, so we're not going to be talking about that, as there is no difference between the two. The version is the same version as the WSC has, just with interchanged text from 'Wii U' to 'Wii' and it being pre-installed. But as for the Menu Manual, and Wii U Menu, those are a different story, as they're obviously not available on the WSC.
Now the first one we'll talk about is the Wii Menu Manual. This runs just as you'd expect it to run on Wii U, however it is locked in a 4:3 aspect ratio with no way to make it 16:9 as it isn't running on an actual Wii U, which confuses the channel, and causes it to run 4:3 as if that were selected in settings. The pointer cursor is slightly transparent, which I haven't quite figured out why, but I'm sure it isn't like that on an actual Wii U as I've never actually executed this wad on a Wii U before as I don't own one. A friend of mine however does have a Wii U, which I've used, but have never had an actual reason to run this channel, so this is a mystery to me. If anyone can reply confirming whether or not the cursor is slightly transparent on this channel being ran on Wii U, that would be cool. :)

And now for the interesting one you've all been waiting for, the Wii U Menu channel. As I've already said at the beginning of this post, this does not brick your Wii, so don't worry. You can try this one for yourself if you want, but I must warn you, it's not really interesting. It's really a more boring and anticlimactic outcome than I had expected. Where when I first installed the wad and opened up the banner on the Wii menu ready to click start, I was kind of worried. Many things were going through my head like 'Will this brick my Wii?' 'Maybe it might give me an error saying 'Wii U system files corrupted or something' and then put me in a boot lock of that when I start it' and 'if anything bad happens, what will happen to all my several year old save files?' But me being as dangerous as I am with Wii modding, I decided screw it, and hit Start. The screen went black, the console made a noise as if it were looking for a disc as it does at startup and reset, and it came up with BootMii because I have that installed. I hit Wii Menu, and to my surprise, the Wii menu came up. I tried this a few more times, and that's it. It does nothing more than reset the console. I had originally thought that opening the channel would run a code to actively search for and return to the Wii U bios, but upon further inspection, the only code it runs just says to reset the console, making it perfectly harmless to install and run.

And now for anyone who didn't heed my warning at the beginning of the post, YOU CANNOT DELETE THESE CHANNELS THROUGH THE CHANNELS PAGE ON WII SYSTEM SETTINGS. The channels hide themselves from said page to prevent from accidental damage to a Wii U. However we're not on a Wii U, so we can delete these without consequences. So here are detailed instructions on how to delete these wads from the Wii using WiiModLite.
Required items:
The wads you used to install these channels. I originally posted the link to the repository I got mine from, however this has now been replaced. You'll have to find the wads on your own. :p
WiiModLite https://wii.guide/wiimodlite.html
Wii U Transfer Tool Download
Instructions:
Open WiiModLite from the Homebrew Channel (recommended setup: IOS58, AHBPROT enabled)
Select WAD Manager
Select Wii SD Slot as the source device
Select Wii U Menu or Wii Menu Manual wads
On Select Action, select Uninstall Wad
You can now exit back to the Wii Menu. The Wii U channels will be gone.
