Had a PS3 slim for xmas! My wife bought me an extra controller which is a Logic 3 which comes with a USB dongle to link up with the console. There are two ways to update drivers.

How to Install Drivers

Microsoft Sidewinder Joystick Driver

A lot of the reviews on here seem to be a bit out of date, and the joystick I received was very good, so here's a quick report from my first 6 months with the device. (Please note I have not used it for flight sims.)
The joystick had a 'Gamespower' rather than 'Logic3' label on it, although I think they are the same company (gamespower.com). The build quality is good, although the stick felt a little stiff at first and took a bit of getting used to. I have been using it for over 6 months without any problems, and all the buttons on it seem to work well. It does have a twist function (left and right), but I haven't really used that feature, and in some games it's important to make sure that these twists aren't linked to any game movement as the twist can be accidentally triggered when you are pushing the joystick in various forward or left/right directions. Apart from that the joystick is smooth and responsive and worth a shot at this price, as long as you don't intend to be particularly vigorous with it or mistreat it.
It does work fine on Windows 10 and the software from [...]t does indeed work on Windows 10 and that allows you to configure sensitivity (I recommend the lowest sensitivity). More importantly, the software enables you to reconfigure it if it starts to go awry in games, and this might have helped some other reviewers who gave up after it became mis-configured and began drifting to one direction or another. If you have any problem with the vibration feature in games such as flight sims, simply switch it off with the switch underneath the joystick (as other reviewers have noted).
In short, I feel that this is a decent joystick for certain games, although I can't comment on it at all as regards flight sims.
